Everyday with Katelyn

Having a four year old means that most of the days are going to be exactly same except for a few things here and there. They love to have routines and if you don't do it just right, beware of the tantrum. Here are a couple routines that have not wavered in over 3 months:
Upon waking up, Katelyn must have hot chocolate within 5 minutes and 2 vitamins. If we aren't going anywhere immediately, she must watch a little tv while drinking her hot chocolate.
At bedtime, the order of the routine must not be varied for any reason whatsoever~hot chocolate, change into pj's, brush teeth, read a story or two, find Panda bear, turn out the light, tell Katelyn a story using my mouth (as she says), tell her what we're going to do in the morning, and finally magic kisses. The story from my mouth that she is stuck on is Goldilocks and the 3 Bears. Sometimes she requests The 3 Little Pigs. And every once in awhile, I can make up my own story.
The rest of our days right now are filled with going to MOMS club events, feeding Chloe, going shopping, cutting coupons and making lists, watching tv, getting on the computer, and eating. In between all that, Katelyn loves to play dress up and pretend to be Cinderella. She is totally stuck on that story. I think I need to get her a different costume because I have put the glass slipper on her foot and pretended to be the mean stepmother/stepsister about 50 times in the past couple of months.
