Today is my honey's 30th birthday! A big happy birthday to him...again:) We celebrated today just as a family. Katelyn and I made up 30 bags of little things 'to make him smile'. The things ranged from Mountain Dew to pictures of him as a baby and toddler. It was a lot of fun coming up with the ideas and even more fun watching him open each bag.
I usually make a chocolate cake for his birthday, but this year I thought I'd try an ice cream cake. It looks AND tastes great! Coffee chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream, oreos crumbled with Hershey's syrup and fudge, and homemade icing....Mmmmm!
