Baby giggles and more

Oh, the sweet sound of baby giggles is one of my favorite sounds ever! Today while sitting outside on the porch, I was holding Chloe, pretending that she was talking to Katelyn, and out of the blue, she started laughing. It was so cute! What was I saying that made her giggle? "Katelyn, you need to back up, lady, you're crowding my space!" hahahahaha!!!

At lunch today, Katelyn didn't finish her fish so as any good mother does, I ate it for her. Then said, "Oh, it's a wonder I don't weigh 400 lbs, eating all your leftovers."

Katelyn says, completely serious, "Yeah, Mommy, you'll look like Daddy."

I almost choked on the fish from laughing so hard!!!!

While Katelyn was taking a bath the other night, she decided to turn the water off herself since I was giving Chloe a bath and couldn't reach the bathtub. She was turning the knob really slow which was putting cold water in her bath, so I exclaimed, "Hurry Katelyn!!!"

She turned it faster and then looked at me and said, "For heavens sake, Mommy, what are yelling at me for?"

Katelyn and I fight like cats and dogs almost all day long, but all she has to do is say one funny thing, and all my stress just melts away:)
