Today I had to take Nean to the eye doctor and then over to the Hagerstown Wally World to drop off a new eye drop prescription. Since it wouldn't be ready for an hour and half, we went to my absolute favorite restaurant, Olive Garden. As Rachel Ray would say, YUM-O! Mom and I split the eggplant meal and ate tons of salad and breadsticks. I was really hoping it would be as good as Bob Sr.'s eggplant that he makes, but it didn't even come close. I'd give it maybe a D for presentation, C for taste. I have to get Bob Sr's recipe or at least have him make it for me sometime soon.
So after eating, we headed back to Wally World. With the threat of the swine flu, I decided to just stay in the car. With zillions of people hacking around the store and touching stuff, I wanted to be safe. Anyway, when my mom and Nean got out of the car to go inside, Katelyn threw her hands in the air and as the drama queen that she is, exclaimed, "Oh, it's just terrible!!!!" I asked her what's so terrible? Her response, "My friends...are gone!"
It seems now that EVERYONE is on Katelyn's friend list, even Nean and Mom. And where did she pick up the word 'terrible'? That's my drama queen!
