Chloe is fascinated with hats suddenly. She LOVES to wear them and put them on other people.
One of Chloe's other favorite things is taking rides in this stroller. She points to it and says ride repeatedly until someone will push her around.
She is going through a very girly stage right now and wants to wear headbands in her hair all the time.
When did she get so big!?
