Language police/bath time

Katelyn has taken on the job as the 'bad word' police lately. If she hears someone say stupid or hate, she yells at the person (including me) and makes sure that they know they've said a bad word. Even if it's on tv, she yells, "Awww, they said stupid/hate!" It's funny, but a little frustrating sometimes b/c she even catches me when I'm on the phone and I don't think she's listening.

Chloe hates (yes, I'm using a bad word!!) bathtime! I don't remember Katelyn screaming her lungs out the way Chloe does. Right now it's only sponge baths (umbilical cord is still hanging on) so hopefully when we actually submerge her into the water, she'll be okay. Kind of doubting that though...

Blizzard of 2010 broke a record around here. February 2010 has been the snowiest Feb. in the past 100 years. It is also (as of right now) in 2nd place for the snowiest winter in a 100 years. Yay (note the sarcasm)!!!

I'm starting to get cabin fever big time. I am not used to being home EVERY day for days on end. No, not me at all. And today I finally feel like my pre-baby self. I have energy, no major pains, my belly is just about gone, Chloe isn't nursing as frequently so I have free hands more often. And I want to bust out of this house!!!!! I know it's not going to be easy going places with Katelyn and a newborn, but I am READY. Even if I just go to Target for awhile. Maybe Saturday if the roads are pretty clear, I'll venture out.
