Today I am thankful for all the kiddos in my life and my family's life. This morning Chloe and I spent a couple of hours with our Moms Club friends. Not only are these Moms my closest friends, but they are also Chloe's best friends. It is awesome to see her interact and play with the same kids that a year or so ago, they barely paid any attention to each other and now quite a few of them consider Chloe to be their best friend and vice versa. Then in the afternoon, we watched B and K's little girl who is now 5 years old (we met when she was just a baby!) and Parker, as usual. Katelyn, Chloe, Parker, and E all played together while I supervised and made sure everyone was safe. There was a time where I had to be right on top of them, constantly reminding them to play nice, help them on the swing set, etc. Today they were there for each other without the reminders or the help.
I am so grateful for the friendships that my kids have found with others. Many of these kiddos have become part of our family. So even though I didn't give birth to all the kids that the girls consider brothers and sisters, my house is always full of children and their laughter and my heart is full.
