Katelyn and one of the other girls in her Daisy troop sat outside a local pharmacy selling Girl Scout cookies this afternoon. In the 2 hours we were there, we only sold 20 boxes. But it was a good experience for Katelyn. She had never sold anything before so she had some lessons in greeting customers, tallying the amount of boxes sold, and giving change back to the customers.
Oh, and have I mentioned that I decided to be the troop leader next year? Hmmm...hope I'm not getting in over my head:/
