Katelyn's 7th Birthday Party-Taylor Swift Theme

The girls helped me make the cupcakes by taste testing the icing:)  Pretty sure they enjoyed it!
Chocolate cupcakes with buttercream icing and blue and pink sugar sprinkles
I've been completely overwhelmed with all the stuff I'm doing this year so Bob and I decided that we'd have Katelyn's party at a place rather than at our home.  We decided on Funcastle based on a few people I had talked to saying they really enjoyed it there.  We had a party room and they had it all decorated and ready to go when we got there.
Cake was made by Butcher Shoppe, but the design was created by moi:)
I added a few posters of Taylor Swift around the party room and had her music playing on the karaoke machine as everyone ate and talked.
Katelyn insisted on having a cupcake with the number 7 on it.
Every time I saw her, she had a big, happy smile on her face.

 Happy Birthday, Katelyn!
Opening presents...the first one was from my parents and they had stuck some money in the card.
The money had her so excited, she went straight to my mom to give her a hug (which is rare from Katelyn...she doesn't hug ANYONE!)
 So happy:)
For the kids (and a few adults who came without kids), we gave sugar cookie favors in the shape of a cd.  My friend, Cindy, made them for us.
