Seriously...TWO months old already?? Really? It's been a whole month since I wrote her one month stats. I cannot believe how fast time is going. Before I know it, she'll be driving! Anyway, here's all the things that she's doing now.
- Chloe is definitely over 10 pounds. She doesn't have her wellness check until April 7th so I'll update her weight and height then.
- She can just barely fit into her 0-3 month clothes. I've already started wearing the 3-6 month sleepers on her at night.
- She coos when she's happy and people are talking to her. She makes eye contact as she's cooing.
- She rolls to her side, but not to her belly yet. She kicks at her toys and tries to grab at the toys occasionally.
- She is still sleeping in her car seat. I tried laying her down flat in the pack and play, but she didn't sleep very well and kept spitting up. She also kept losing her binky which made her fuss. We're putting the crib mattress in her crib next weekend so we'll try laying her down then.
- Her 'normal' daily schedule: Wake around 8 am to eat and play; sleep from 9-12 in her swing; eat and then play for an hour or so; sleep from 2ish - 5 in her swing;eat and play for another hour or maybe 2; bath every other night and then sleep from 8-10 in her bouncy seat; eat and back to sleep right away in the car seat; sleep until about 2am and eat and then sleep until 6 am. From 6-8 she sleeps very lightly and fusses off and on until I get up with her.
- She does not like to be in the car awake. She cries the whole time unless she has her binky, but it usually falls out after a couple of minutes.
- She still loves the swing and bouncy seat.
- She eats every 3-4 hours now and is still spitting up after almost every feeding. It's not as bad if I hold her upright for at least 30 minutes. That's hard to do though b/c Katelyn usually needs something during the day before the 30 minutes is up and at night, I'm just too tired to sit up that long.
- She sleeps through most of the church service. Everyone just oohs and awws over her:)
- She can hold her head up really well. I don't need to hold her head anymore, just her back when she's upright.
- Just like Katelyn, she doesn't like tummy time too much. She only puts up with it for about 3-4 minutes and then fusses.
- My mom can put her to sleep in a matter of minutes every time she holds Chloe. Mom likes to wrap her in a blanket, and rock her to sleep while singing or humming lullabies. So sweet!
